Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023 For LDA & Peon Vacancy

Applications are invited in Standard Form (Assam Gazette Part - IX) from the intending applicants who are citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 and 8 of the Constitution of India for filling up the post mentioned below which is lying vacant in the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Dhubri, Assam .

Advertisement Details: 

Terms & Conditions:- 

1. Candidate must be a citizen of India. 

2. Age limit:- Candidate should not be more than 43 years of age and not less than 18 years as on 01.01.2023. The upper age relaxation will be as per Govt. rules. 

3. The applicants shall mention their mobile no. (Preferably WhatsApp No.) and Email ID in the application form. 

4. Candidates must have valid Employment Exchange Registration Card. 

5. Canvassing directly or indirectly will immediately lead to rejection of candidature. 

6. The last date of receipt of application is 26.06.2023 during the office hours. No application will be entertained after the last date even due to any postal delay. 

7. No T.A/D.A will be admissible to the candidates. 

8. The Selection Process for the aforesaid post consists of a written examination followed by viva-voce/Interview and Computer Typing test (only for the post of LDA cum Typist). 

9. List of eligible candidates, date, time and venue of the written test will be uploaded in the official website www.dhubrijudiciary.gov.in. candidates are requested to visit the given website regularly. 

How to apply-

1. The application to be annexed with attached copies of 

(i) Educational Qualification Certificate, 

(ii) Age proof certificate, 

(iii) Computer Certificate (only for the post of LDA cum Typist), 

(iv) Caste Certificate (if any) and along with 03 copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidates on reverse side of the application form. 

2. The application should be addressed to the District & Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Dhubri. 

3. Candidates must mention prominently the name of post applied for on the right-hand corner of the envelope containing the application. 

4. The candidates serving under Govt. Department should apply through proper channel. 

5. The complete application should reach to the office of the District Legal Services Authority, D.C.s Court Building, Dhubri on or before 26.06.2023, during office hours. 

6. The Office of District Legal Services Authority, Dhubri reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, alter/modify or change any terms or conditions including selection criteria etc. spelt out in this advertisement.
