In pursuance to the Govt. letter No. HMA.199/2019/Pt/70 dated 14 /11/2022 interested eligible candidates are hereby invited to submit application for the 10(ten) nos. of posts of “Data Entry Operator (DEO)” under CCTNS/ICJS Project.
Terms and Conditions:-
1. The candidates should submit his/her BIO-DATA in standard Form of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX along with self-attested certificates/ documents relating to qualification experience, age, identity proof with (2) two recent passport size coloured photographs to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur-787001, addressing the Superintendent of Police, Lakhimpur on or before 15/12/2022 up to 5 pm.
2. The application form along with photocopies of all testimonials should be submitted personally at Police Reserve, Lakhimpur. Candidates should bring the original documents supporting educational qualifications for verifying authenticity.
3. Candidates should ordinarily be resident of Lakhimpur district.
4. The candidates for the above mentioned post will be selected on the basis of written test, a typing test and viva-voce.
5. The recruitment will be purely on contractual basis with no provision of regularization.
6. The selected candidates will be initially engaged for 1(one) year. The performance appraisal of the DEO will be reviewed time to time.
7. Age Criteria:- Not more than 40(forty) years and not less than 18(eighteen) years as on 01/01/2022.
8. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the selection test.
9. Preference will be given to:
(i) who have already worked as DEO for CCTNS on production of proper documents.
(ii) who have working experience as DEO in Govt. organisation for more than 1(one) year.
10. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of the candidature.
