In pursuance of the Govt. Letter No. HMA.199/2019/Pt/70 dated 14.11.2022 and APHQ
Letter No. S-VI/Misc/CCTNS/2020-21/220 dated 16.11.2022 interested eligible candidates from
the jurisdiction of Dibrugah District are hereby invited to submit their application for the post of
“Data Entry Operator (DEO)” for CCTNS / ICJS Project of Assam Police on
contractual basis.
1. Last date of receiving application : 15.12.2022
2. Written exam will be held on (tentative) : 20.12.2022
3. Result of written examination will be declared on (tentative) : 25.12.2022
4. Documents verification and Viva-voce will be conducted on (tentative) : 27.12.2022
Terms and Conditions:
1) The candidate should submit his/her BIO-DATA in standard Form of Application published
in the Assam Gazette Part-IX along with self attested certificates/ documents relating to
qualification, experience, age, identity proof with two (2) passport size coloured photograph.
2) One copy of Address proof (Aadhaar/ Voter ID/ Driving Licence etc.) shall also be
enclosed with the application.
3) Age limit as on 1.01.2022 should not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years.
4) The applications should be submitted at the Office of the Superintendent of Police,
Dibrugarh, Dibrugarh 786001 addressing to Superintendent of Police, Dibrugarh or before
15.12.2022 upto 5 PM.
5) There will be no application fees.
6) The candidates for the above mentioned post will be selected on the basis of written test
of 60 marks containing multiple choice questions. The questions for the test will be based
on Computer Skills/ aptitude and General Knowledge (GK). The minimum qualifying
percentage is 50%. Selected candidates will go though typing test and viva-voce.
7) The recruitment will be purely on contractual basis with no provision of regulatization.
8) The selected candidates will be initially engaged for 1 (one) year. The performance
appraisal of the DEO will be reviewed time to time.
9) Preference will be to local candidates.
10) No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
11) Canvassing in any form shall be treated as disqualification
