In pursuance to Govt. Letter No. HMA. 199/2019/Pt/70 dated 14.11.2022, APHQ Letter No. S-VI/Misc/CCTNS/2020-21/220 Dated 16.11.2022 & CID Letter No. E/VII/ 172-21/CID/3118 Dated Guwahati the 23rd Nov. 2022, interested eligible candidates from the jurisdiction of Dhemaji District are hereby invited to submit application for the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO)” under CCTNS/ICJS Project of Assam Police
Terms and Conditions:
1. The candidate should submit his/her BIO DATA in STANDARD FORM of Application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX along with self attested certificates/documents relating to qualification, experience, age, identity proof with two passport size coloured photographs.
2. Offline applications will be received with effect from 2nd December 2022. The last date for receipt of application will be 16th December, 2022,
3. Offline application will be received at Office of the Superintendent of Police, Dhemaji.
4. There will be NO application fee.
5. The candidates for the above mentioned post will be selected on the basis of Written Test which may be online or offline containing multiple choice questions. The questions for the test shall be on basis of Computer Skills/ Aptitude and General Knowledge (GK) of total 60 Marks. On qualifying of the written examination, there will be one typing skill test followed by personal interview, Final selection merit list will be based on the marks secured in Objective Test+ Typing Test and Interview
6. The engagement of DEOs shall be purely on temporary basis and does not confer any right to the selected candidates for any permanent post.
7. The selected candidates will be initially engaged for 1 (one) year. The performance appraisal of the DEO will be reviewed time to time.
8. No DEO shall continue to hold his/her post after one year without written recommendation by CID, Assam
9. Age limit not lower than 18 (eighteen) years and not exceeding 40 (forty) years as on 01.01.2022.
10. Candidates already in service in any other department shall have to send their applications through proper channel and one No Objection Certificate (NOC) to this effect shall have to be enclosed with the application from the concerned Deptt./Office/Unit etc.
11. Preference will be given to local candidates.
12. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
13. Canvassing in any form shall be treated as disqualification.
14. Declaration of final result on or before 30th December 2022.
15. Selected candidates have to submit one medical certificate from govt. registered Medical Officer declaring the candidate to be physically & mentally fit.
16. Selected candidates shall have to make their own arrangements for lodging at their place of posting. Selection as Data Entry Operator (DEO) does not confer any right on the candidate for demanding/asking for any government accommodation.
17. Selected candidate has to sign one agreement/SLA before his/her appointment which he/she shall obey during their tenure.
