Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Golaghat has released a jobs advertisement for the recruitment of 2 vacancy for filling up 1 (One) Post of Attached Peon and 1 (one) Post of Night Chowkidar.

Pay Scale: Rs.12,000-37,500, GP-3,900/- plus other allowances admissible as per rule.

Age Limit: Age of the candidates must be from 18 years to 44 as on 01.01.2021. Relaxation of age for SC/ST candidates as per existing Rules will be admissible.

Educational Qualification: A candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class Vlll standard, and those who have been passed HSSLC or above shall be ineligible to apply for said posts. Candidates possessing special skills may be given preference on need basis.

Maximum Qualification: HSLC (10) Passed.

Selection Process:

Selection procedure as well as the date of Written Test/ interview, will be notified later on. A List of selected candidates will be published in the website of Golaghat District Judiciary website http://golaghatjudiciary.gov.in.

How to Apply for Golaghat Judiciary Recruitment 2021: 

The applicants must submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-lX. A candidate will have to submit 4 (Four) copies of recent passport size photograph and the testimonies of his/her Age, Caste, Educational Qualification, etc. along with the filled up application form, in photocopy attested by a Gazetted Officer. Candidates will have to produce those testimonies in original, in the event of being selected for interview. Failing which, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected and the next eligible candidate from the merit list will be considered. The candidate shall apply for one post only.

Candidate shall submit one self-addressed and stamped envelope affixing stamp of Rs.10/- along with the application.

Complete applications along with all testimonies as mentioned above should be addressed to "The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat, PIN 785621, Assam" through post or may be dropped in the "Drop Box for Applications" to be kept at the premise of CJM Office, Golaghat  within the stipulated time.
