Assam Caste Certificate Online Application Details:

People's of Assam now submit online applications for Scheduled Caste Certificate, Scheduled Tribe (Hills) Certificate, Scheduled Tribe (Plains) Certificate and OBC/MOBC Certificate through Sewa Setu Assam official website of https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/site .

Name of department: Department of Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes.

Name of organization: Government of Assam

Name of portal: Sewa Setu portal Assam 

Purpose of mission: Online applications can be submitted for-

i)  Scheduled Caste Certificate
ii)  Scheduled Tribe (Hills) Certificate
iii)  Scheduled Tribe (Plains) Certificate
iv) OBC/MOBC Certificate.

Requirements for Caste Certificate Apply:

Supporting Documents:

1. Applicant's Photo (আবেদনকাৰীৰ ফটো) [Mandatory].
2. Proof of Date of Birth(One of Birth Certificate/Aadhar Card/PAN/Admit Card issued by any recognized Board) of Applicant [Mandatory].
   
3. Proof of Residence(One of Permanent Resident Certificate/Aadhar Card/EPIC/Land Document/Electricity Bill, Ration Card) of Applicant or Parent [Mandatory].
   
4. Caste certificate of father [Mandatory].
5. Recommendation of authorized caste/tribe/community organization notified by State Government [Mandatory (incase father's caste certificate not present)].
6. Any other document(Voter List, Affidavit, Existing Caste Certificate etc) [Optional].
7. Upload Scanned Copy of the Application Form [Mandatory (incase of applying from PFC/CSC)].

Stipulated Time Limit : 30 working days.

Fees:

1. Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30.
2. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page.
3. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
4. User/Statutory charges -Rs. 30.
5. Convenience fee- Rs. 10/-

1. The certificate will be delivered within 30 Days of application.

• Service charge (PFC/ CSC) / সেৱা মাচুল (পি. এফ. চি./ চি. এছ. চি.) – Rs. 30 / ৩০ টকা
• Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC) / ছপা খৰচ (পি.এফ.চি. ৰ পৰা কোনো ধৰণৰ প্ৰিন্টিঙৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত) - Rs. 10 Per Page / প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠাত ১০ টকা
• Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC) স্কেনিং খৰচ (যদি নথিপত্ৰসমূহ পি.এফ.চি. ত স্কেন কৰা হয়) - Rs. 5 Per page / প্ৰতি পৃষ্ঠা ৫ টকা

1. All the * marked fields are mandatory and need to be filled up.

2. The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of Application submission should not exceed 1 MB and format should be pdf. No other format will be accepted.

3. Applicant photo should be in JPEG format.

2. Enter your mobile number and the form will appear.
3. Enter the Applicant’s name and details.
4. Upload documents
5. Pay fee Rs. 40 Online
6. Print the acknowledgement receipt and keep it for future reference.
