Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as
defined in Article 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India, in Standard Form of application
published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX, with self-attested copies of all testimonials
in support of age, education qualification, caste, experience if any, along with recent
passport sized photograph and signature for filling up the following posts under the
establishment of Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charaideo.

How to apply Chief Judicial Magistrate Charaideo Recruitment 2023 ??
1. Candidates who fulfil the requisite eligibility criteria must submit their applications
in the standard form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX and
fill all the fields in Block Letters using Black/Blue ball pen only.
2. Paste one recent passport size colour photograph in the specified box.
3. Put applicant’s signature in the specified place.
4. The phone numbers of the candidates should be written on the top of the Standard
Form with red ink together with his/her category (OBC/MOBC/EWS/SC/UR).
5. One self-addressed envelope of 5 cm x 11 cm affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/-
(five) only is to be enclosed with the application.
6. All documents furnished with the application must be self-attested by the
candidates himself/herself.
7. Application shall be written neatly in block letters.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Filled up “Application Form” along with Age certificate, Educational
qualification certificate, Caste certificate from competent authority, up to date
Employment registration certificate must be dropped in the “Drop Box” placed
separately for Peon and Chowkidar at the premise of office of the
Undersigned. Candidates submitting their applications by post/courier
addressed to the
Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charaideo, Sonari, Pin Code-785690,
Assam shall be received in the drop box only.
The candidates shall remain liable for postal/courier delay and non delivery
of their application in the drop box in due time. The undersigned shall reject/
return all the applications received after due date.
2. Candidates have to produce their original testimonials regarding educational
qualifications, date of birth, caste certificate, EWS certificate, etc. at subsequent
stages as and when asked for.
3. Candidates should annex copies of their experience certificate, if any, which
shall be considered as an added qualification.
4. Applications made in any other mode except as indicated above shall be
summarily rejected without any communication.
5. Applications received by post or in the Drop Box must be received on or before
10.10.2023 in office hours. No applications received thereafter shall be
entertained.
6. The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40
years of age as on the date of his/her submission of application.
The upper age
limit is relaxable by-
(i) By 5 years for ST candidates i.e. up to 45 years as per Govt. Notification No.
ABP. 6/2016/51 dated Dispur the 02nd September, 2020 issued by
Department of Personnel, Government of Assam.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. up to 43 years as per Govt.
Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/51 dated Dispur the 02nd September, 2020
issued by Department of Personnel, Government of Assam.
7. If the candidates wish to apply for more than one post, they shall have to fill
separate application.
8. Applicants those who are already in Government service should submit their
applications through proper channel. They shall have to produce No Objection
Certificate at the time of document verification and release order at the time of
joining from their employer.
9. The inclusion of candidate’s name in the list shall confer no right to appointment
unless the Appointment Authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may consider
necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment.
10. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the Viva-Voce/
interview.
11. Incomplete application in any respect will be rejected without assigning any
reason.
12. Candidates are advised to visit the official website of Charaideo District Judiciary
(https://charaideojudiciary.assam.gov.in) regularly to get updated information.
13. There shall be separate Viva-Voce/ Interview for the post of Peon and Chowkidar.
14. If any candidate is found canvassing directly/indirectly, his/her candidature will
be rejected.
15. The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the
advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any
prior notice.
