Educational Qualification: The candidate must be 12th class pass from a recognized Board.
Skill Test in Stenography: The candidates who are shortlisted in the Phase-I Examination will be required to appear in the Skill Test for Stenography.

EPFO SSA Recruitment 2023 Selection Process: The selection process for the EPFO SSA Recruitment 2023 is divided into three phases.

EPFO SSA Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern:
The EPFO SSA 2023 Exam 2023 will be conducted in two phases, one Computer Based Test and another Computer Typing Test. The duration of both EPFO SSA Exam Pattern and EFPO Steno Exam Pattern 2023.
EPFO SSA Exam Pattern:
The EPFO SSA 2023 Exam will be conducted in two stages, each question carries 4 marks, and there will be a negative marking of one-fourth marks for an incorrect answer. The table given below is the EPFO SSA Exam Pattern .
EPFO SSA Skill Test:
The candidates will appear the Skill Test to quality for the speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. The required typing speed in English is 35 words per minute or 30 word per minute in Hindi on Computer. The 35 words per minute and the 30 words per minute can be explained as 10500 Key Depressions per hour (KDPH), which is 5 key depressions for each word.

The EPFO Steno 2023 Exam will be an Objective Type Multiple Choice, and it includes each question of 4 marks, and there will be a negative marking of one-fourth marks for an incorrect answer. The table given below is the EPFO SSA Exam Pattern .
EPFO Steno Skill Test:
The Dictation will be computer based, with the objective of 10 minutes at the rate of 80 per minute. Transcription will be 50 minutes in English and for Hindi 65 minutes .

Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) Overview:
EPFO stands for Employees' Provident Fund Organization. It is a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. The EPFO was established in 1951 to administer the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
The primary responsibility of EPFO is to manage the Provident Fund (PF), Pension, and Insurance schemes for the employees in the organized sector in India. The EPFO ensures that the employees receive social security benefits in the form of retirement, disability, or death benefits.
The EPFO also manages the Universal Account Number (UAN), which is a unique 12-digit number assigned to each employee who contributes to the EPF scheme. The UAN helps the employee to keep track of their PF contributions, download the PF passbook, check the status of the PF claim, and update their KYC details.
The EPFO also provides various online services to its members, such as online registration of employers, online payment of PF contributions, online transfer of PF account, and online withdrawal of PF balance.
