Kamrup (M) Judiciary Recruitment 2023: Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as
defined in Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India, in Standard Form as published
in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette, for the following total 4 posts of Peon 3 posts & CHowkidar 1 posts in the establishment of the
District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup(M), Guwahati.
Kamrup Metro Judiciary Recruitment 2023 Details:
1. Peon
No of posts: 3 [STP-1, STH-1, PWD-1]
Pay Scale: PB-12000-52000 + GP-3900/-
2. Chowkidar
No of post: 1 [SC]
Pay Scale: PB-12000-52000 + GP-3900/-
Educational Qualification: The candidates must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class VII standard, and those who have passed
HSSLC or above shall not be eligible to apply for the said post.
Categories of disabled suitable for the aforementioned PWD post of Peon - PB
(Partially Blind), PD (Partially Deaf), OL (One Leg Affected), OA (One Arm Affected)
As per Section 2(t) of The Persons With Disabilities(Equal Opportunities, Protection
of rights and Full, Participation) Act, 1995, only such persons are eligible for
reservation in PWD category, who suffer from minimum 40 percent of relevant disability.
The upper age limit for recruitment of PWD candidate shall be as per the State
Government Rules and the PWD candidates shall have to submit a
Disability Certificate issued by a competent authority in the format given herewith at
Annexure-1.
SELECTION PROCESS: The selection process will be held in one phase, i.e. through Interview/Viva Voce .
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
i. Candidates must submit relevant testimonial/certificate and 4(four) recent
passport sized photographs along with the application. However, candidates
have to produce their original testimonials regarding educational qualifications,
date of birth, caste, working experience etc, at subsequent stages when asked
for.
ii. In appropriate cases, relaxation of age will be admissible as per the existing
rules of the Government of Assam.
iii. One self- addressed envelope of 5cm x 11cm affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/-
(Five) is to be enclosed with the application along with a valid mobile number,
if any.
iv. The date, time and; venue of the interview/viva-voce will be notified in due time
which will be published in the Notice Board and Official Website of this office.
The candidates are advised to keep checking the website of Kamrup(M) District
Judiciary.
v. The list of provisional candidates with allotted Roll Numbers will be published in
the official website of Kamrup(M) District Judiciary https://
kamrupmetro.dcourts.gov.in, for the candidates reference.
vi. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Interview/Vivavoce.
vii. Candidates who are already in Government Service (Central/ State or PSU)
may apply through proper channel. They shall have to produce "No Objection
Certificate" from the present employer at the time of document verification before
the Interview/Viva-voce and they will have to submit release order at the time of
joining.
viii. Application form which is incomplete in any respect, such as, without photograph
and signature, is liable to be rejected summarily.
ix. Information submitted by an applicant in his/her application will bind the candidate
and if found to be false, his/her candidature will be cancelled forthwith and he/
she shall be liable for criminal prosecution.
x. The candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the
application form and this office shall not be responsible or liable in any way.
xi. If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/her candidature
will be rejected.
xii. The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup(M), Guwahati, reserves the
right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and conditions of
the advertisement without any prior notice.
xiii. Those applicants who would apply for both the posts shall have to submit
separate applications for each post.
xiv. The applications are to be submitted to the Office of the District & Sessions
Judge, Kamrup(M), Guwahati, Panbazar, near Dighali Pukhuri, Cotton College
Road, Pincode-781001.
xv. All other matters which are not specifically provided in this advertisement shall
be decided by the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Kamrup(M), Guwahati.
