Applications are invited from intending candidates in Standard Form under Assam
Gazette of Part - IX, who are citizens of India as defined in Article 5 & 6 of the constitution
of India within the age limit of 18 years to 40 years as on 01.01.2023 (relaxation as
per existing Government Rules) for filling up the following 3 Grade-IV (Peon) post in the
establishment of the District & Sessions Judge, Dhubri.
Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Details:
Post Name: Grade-IV (Peon)
Total Posts: 3 (three) Nos.
Pay Scale: (PB-I) Rs. 12,000 – 52,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/-
Age Limit: Age limit of 18 years to 40 years as on 01.01.2023 (relaxation as per existing Government Rules)
Educational Qualification: The candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Class VIII Standard passed. Those who have
passed HSSLC or above shall be
Open Category ineligible to apply.

How to Apply Dhubri Judiciary Recruitment 2023 For Grade IV 3 Peon Posts?
1) Candidates will have to submit the duly filled up application form accompanied
by the following documents:-
(i) Self-Attested photo copies of testimonials/ certificates in support of his/ her
age, caste, educational qualification, experience (if any), Employment
Exchange Registration Card etc.
(ii) 3 (three) copies of recent passport size coloured photographs with signature
on the reverse side.
(iii) Valid mobile number must be mentioned in the Application Form for
correspondence.
(iv) The candidate must possess valid Employment Exchange Registration
number.
(v) Candidates already in Govt. service shall have to apply through proper
channel along with “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the present
employer.
(vi) The envelope containing the application should mention the name of the
post indicating “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON” superscribed on
the top of the envelope.
2) The application must be addressed to:
“The District & Sessions Judge, Dhubri, D.C.’s Court Building, Dhubri, P.O., P.S. & Dist. Dhubri, PIN-783301”.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The last date of receipt of application is 20.03.2023 till 05.00 P.M. and applications
received thereafter in any mode shall not be accepted.
2. Incomplete applications in any respect or late received applications shall
summarily be rejected without notice.
3. If the candidate is found to suppress his/ her educational qualification or furnish
any wrong information at the time of applying for the post, his/ her candidature
shall be liable to be rejected without any notice.
4. If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/ her candidature
will be rejected.
5. The applications not fulfilling the eligibility criteria shall be rejected without any
notice.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The candidates will have to appear in the interview (viva-voce) at their own
expenses. No T.A./ D.A. shall be admissible for appearing the Interview. The selection
will be made purely on merit basis.
The candidates will have to produce the testimonials in original regarding
educational qualification, date of birth, caste, employment exchange registration card
at the time of interview (viva/voce) for verification.
No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates. However, the list of
eligible candidates with allotted roll number and date of interview will be uploaded in
the official website (https://dhubrijudiciary.gov.in/recruitment-notice.htm) . Candidates are advised to visit the official website regularly for updated information.
The selection Board reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter the advertisement
or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any prior notice.
