Other Eligibility Criteria:
Residentship: The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 1st April, 2023.
Language: Good knowledge of written and spoken English, Hindi and Assamese.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess at least a Graduate (minimum three years duration) degree in any field from recognized University/institution.
Work Experience: The candidate must have at least one year experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector organization.
Computer Skills: Candidate should have knowledge in computer application, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word, Excel, and Power Point etc. including e-mail.
Language: Good knowledge of written and spoken English, Hindi and Assamese.

Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat Overview:
Assam Agricultural University (AAU) is a state university located in Jorhat, Assam, India. It was established in 1969 under the Assam Agricultural University Act, 1968. AAU is the first institution of its kind in the whole of North-Eastern region of India. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in various fields of agriculture, veterinary science, home science and fisheries science.
The university has four faculties: Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Home Science and Fisheries Science. It also has 13 colleges, 6 Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), 22 research stations, 1 agricultural technology information center, 1 extension education institute and 1 agricultural biotechnology center.
