In pursuance to the Govt. letter under No.PLB.60/2020/310 dated 24.12.2021 issued by the
Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Political (B) Department, Dispur, Guwahati, intending
eligible candidates are invited for walk-in-interview to be held on 09.05.2022 (Data Entry
Operator) and 10.05.2022 (Copyist & Chowkidar) from 10.30 A.M. onwards for filling up for the
post of Data Entry Operator, Copyist and Chowkidar lying vacant under the establishment of
Office of the Member, Foreigners’ Tribunal, Dhemaji 2nd at Silapathar, Mai Gaon, Silapathar,
Ward No. 1, Near Silapathar Science Senior Secondary School, PIN- 7870589 (Assam).

Terms & Conditions:
1. Candidates must be a citizen of India as define under article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India.
2. Candidates must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age on 01.04.2022. Age relaxation for ST/SC/OBC will be applicable as per existing Govt. Rules,
3. The walk-in-interview for the post of Data Entry Operator will be held on 09.05.2022 and the post of Copyist and Chowkidar will be held on 10.05.2022
4. Candidates are required to report on the schedule date at 9.30 A.M. in the office of the Member, Foreigners’ Tribunal, Dhemaji 2nd at Silapathar candidates arriving after 11.00 A.M. will not be considered for selection process.
5. Candidates must bring duly fill up “Standard form application” indicating the name of post on the top of the application along with self attached photocopy of all documents relating to educational qualification, Age, Caste Certificate, Valid Employment Registration Certificate, Computer Certificate and experience certificate (if any) along with 2 (Two) recent passport size color photo.
6. Candidates must also bring their all original documents for verification.
7. Candidates who also already in Government Service may appear the interview only on production of N.O.C. issued by the present employer during reporting time.
8. The posts are purely temporary in nature and for fixed time and subject to approval of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India on time to time.
9. Candidates selected against the post shall have no claim for appointment against any permanent post.
10. The selected candidates against these temporary posts shall be terminated on the ground of non performance or indiscipline conduct at any time without any prior notice.
11. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for the appearing interview.
12. One candidate is eligible to apply for any one post only.
13. The selection board reserved the right to cancel or modify the advertisement and selection process without assigning any reason.
