DSE Assam Post Graduate Teacher Document Verification 2022 - 2772 Posts Withheld Merit Lists

 

NOTICE 

The following is notified for concern candidates whose names have been appeared in the Provisional .’Merit List(s) as “WITHHELD” for the post of 2272nos. post of Post Graduate Teacher of Provincialised Secondary Schools of Assam. 

1. Verification of all original documents of the candidates appeared in the provisional merit list (PGT) as “WITHHELD” under the “Remarks”column will be held in the “CONFERENCE HALL OF THE DIRECTORATE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, ASSAM, KAHILIPARA, GUWAHATI-19” on 06.04.2022 and 07.04.2022. 

2. The list of candidates will be available in the official website at www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in on 05.04.2022. 

3. The candidates are requested to view the said website regularly. 

4. The candidates are requested to appear in the verification program as per schedule along with all original documents including copy of the acknowledgement. 

5. The candidates are further requested to bring a set of photocopy of the documents alongwith acknowledgement duly self attested by the candidates themselves. 

6. In case of pregnant woman or severe ailing candidates, the authorized person (authorized by the candidate) can attend the verification programme along with all the above-mentioned records. 

7. The candidature of the absent candidate (found absent on the verification programme scheduled on 06.04.2022 and 07.04.2022) will be rejected and their name will not be appeared in the final merit list. No further claim of such candidate for selection / appointment will be entertained.
