Name of course: ITI Courses under Govt. & Private ITI's of Assam

Academic session: 2021-22

Recognizing authority/ board: NCVT and SCVT

Application mode: Online

Last Date of Application: 14th September 2021

Eligibility Criteria for ITI Admission in Assam:

 

Course wise eligibility criteria and other details for courses under different ITIs of Assam are as given below.

1. Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (English), Fashion Design & Technology, Desk Top Publishing (DTP) Operator, Multi Media Animation and Special Effects, Digital Photographer, Mechanic Auto Body Painting, Secretarial Practice (English), Cosmetology, Front Office Assistant

Duration: 01 year
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class  or its equivalent

2. Computer Operator & Programming Assistant

Duration: 01 year
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination

3. BLTT (Bodo Language Transcription Trade)

Duration: 6 months
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination

4. Mechanic Diesel , Pump Operator cum Mechanic, Plastic Processing Operator, Mechanic Tractor, Mechanic Auto Body Repair

Duration: 01 year
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination with Science & Mathematics or its equivalent.

5. COE sector (BBBT modules): Plastic processing sector, Fabrication(Fitting & Welding) sector, Construction & Wood Working sector, Information Technology sector

Duration: 01 year
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination

6. Painter( General)

Duration: 02 years
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination

7. Mechanic Agricultural Machinery

Duration: 02 years
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination with Science & Mathematics

8. Soil Testing and Crop Technician

Duration: 01 year
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination with Science & Mathematics

9. Electrician, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Draughtsman Civil, Draughtsman Mechanical, Fitter,  Machinist, Turner, Surveyor, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Refrigeration & Air Conditioner Technician,, Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance, Maintenance Mechanic Chemical Plant

Duration: 02 years
Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination with Science & Mathematics or its equivalent

10. Wireman

Duration: 02 years
Educational Qualification: Passed 8th class examination

11. Welder, Plumber ,Dress Making, Sewing Technology, Surface Ornamentation Techniques (Embroidery)

Duration: 01 year
Educational Qualification: Passed 8th class examination


Age Limit: The age of the candidates for admission must not be below 14 years as on 1st August 2021 .

Assam ITI Admission Process:

- Candidates should note that after successful verification, they may fill their choices of trades and ITIs according to their preference, to enable them to participate in the allotment process.

- Allotted candidates should take admission in their allotted seats otherwise their candidature will be treated as cancelled.

- The passed out candidates from NCVT trades will be issued NCVT certificates & from SCVT trades will be issued SCVT certificates. 

 

ITI Assam Admission Fee 2021: 

Candidates need to pay a certain amount as admission fee to get admission in different ITIs of Assam. Here are the admission fees that is fixed for current academic session.


FOR NCVT & SCVT trades:

# Tuition Fees (Rs.50/- per month): Rs.600/- (for 1 year) | Rs.1200/- (for two years)
# Caution Money (Refundable): Rs.250/-
# Registration Fees: Rs.25/-
# Medical Examination, Fees: Rs. 25/-
# Trainees Union Fees: For 1 year Rs.175/- & For 2 years Rs.350/-
# Hostel Service Charge: Rs.50/- (where applicable)
# Hostel Caution Money (Refundable): Rs.250/ (where applicable)

- For BPL Candidates, the payment of Tuition fees is waived off, except SCVT under IMC courses.

For SCVT under IMC courses (on payment of higher course fee):

# For Non Engineering courses: Rs.15,000/- per year

# For Engineering course:  Rs.16,500/- (for one year) & Rs.33,000/- (for two years)

How to Apply for ITI Assam Admission 2021?

 

Interested and eligible candidates must first register their name online by visiting official ITI Admission Portal. Candidates may follow below mentioned steps to apply for these courses. Online application start from 03rd September 2021 to 5PM of 15th September 2021. 

• Scroll down, go to Important Web-Links section .
• Click on the "Online Registration" and complete the registration process by clicking "Register Now". 
• After that again click on  Online Registration Link and login with your Login Id & Password.
• Fill your all personal and educational details and upload necessary documents.
• At the end, take a print out of the application form .

Note- Candidates must get their registration confirmed by getting their documents verified at their nearest Govt. ITI w.e.f. 3rd September 2021 to 5 PM of 15th September 2021 (On all working days during office hourse) .

5. Allotment of seats of 1 st e-counseling: 30th September 2021 

6. Printing of allotment letter by candidates and Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 01st October 2021 & 04th October 2021 

7. Allotment of seats of 2nd e counseling: 06th October 2021 

8. Printing of allotment letter by candidates Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 07th October 2021 & 08th October 2021 

9. Filling/Revising/modification of choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 3 rd e counseling (merging of vacant seats of reserved categories of under matric trades): 18th October 2021 to 19th October 2021 

10. Allotment of seats of 3 rd e-counseling: 21st October 2021 

11. Printing of allotment letter by candidates and Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 22nd October 2021 & 25th October 2021 

12. Filling /Revising/modification of choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 4 th e counseling (Post matric candidates will be allowed to fill choices for seats of under matric trades): 26th October 2021 to 27th October 2021 

13. Allotment of seats of 4 th e-counseling: 29th October 2021 

14. Printing of allotment letter by candidates Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 30th October 2021 & 01st November 2021 

15. Filling/Revising/modification of choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 5 th e-counseling (vacant seats of reserved categories of post matric trades to be merged) 02nd November 2021 to 07th November 2021 

16. Allotment of seats of 5 th e-counseling: 09th November 2021 

17. Printing of allotment letter by candidates Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 11th November 2021 & 12th November 2021 

18. Fresh Filling of choices by the candidates (already Registered and verified but not allotted seats earlier) for giving consent for participation, subsequent choice filling & getting allotment in vacant seats in 6th e-counseling. All previous choices of candidates will be deleted. No upgradation of seats will be allowed: 15th November 2021 to 18th November 2021 

19. Allotment of seats of 6 th e-counseling: 22nd November 2021 

20. Printing of allotment letter by candidates and Admission by the candidates by producing allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees 23rd November 2021 & 25th November 2021.
