Sericulture Department, Assam has released the notification of admission for one year certificate course training at Sericulture Training Institute, Assam for the session 2020-2021.

Academic Session: 2020-21

Eligibility Criteria for Sericulture Assam Admission 2020: 

The candidates have obtain at least 45% marks in the Higher Secondary (Science) or its equivalent examination with relaxation 5% marks for SC and ST candidates.

Age Limit: The age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years till 01.01.2020. According to the government, the upper age limit has been relaxed for reserved categories candidates. Norms.

Selection Process: The candidate has to appear before the interview board when called for his own expense at the time and place fixed for that purpose. Selected candidates are entitled to a monthly stipend of Rs. 125 / - per month on recruitment subject to regular attendance, good conduct, and satisfactory performance.

Last date for receipt of application (application form received through post) till 05.00 PM. On 19 October 2020.

Copies of testimonials to attach with the application form (declaring himself/herself to be a genuine copy of the original): 

i) Pass Certificate Higher Secondary (Science) or its equivalent examination.
ii) Mark sheet or examination of HSLC and Higher Secondary (Science).
iii) Birth certificate/age certificate.
iv) Permanent Residential Certificate.
v) Economically Weaker Section Certificate (for EWS)
vi) Disability certificate (for PWD).
vii) Caste certificate.
viii) Three (three copies) of recent passport size photographs are self-attested on the front side of the photo.
