ARIAS Society has released a notification for following recruitment of 4 Administrative Assistant & Computer Operator vacancy posts under the World Bank Financed Assam Citizen Centric
Service Delivery Project (ACCSDP).
Vacancy Details ARIAS Society Recruitment 2020 for 4 Posts:
1. Sr. Administrative
Assistant (Sr. AA)
Total post: 1
Educational Qualification: The Sr. AA must be a Graduate (minimum three (3) years duration) degree
in any field from recognized University/institution.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of
work experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector
organization. Proficiency in computers including MS Office Applications like Word, Excel,
Power Point and internet including email etc.
Age: The candidate shall not be of more than
40 years of age as on 1st September’2020.
Pay: Rs. 3.18
To
Rs. 4.10
2. Jr. Administrative
Assistant (Jr. AA)
Total post: 2
Educational Qualification: The Jr. AA must be a Graduate (minimum three (3) years duration) degree
in any field from recognized University/institution.
Experience: The Jr. AA must have at
least two (2) years’ of experience in office management and office assistant related works.
Proficiency in computers including MS Office Applications like Word, Excel, Power Point
and internet including email etc.
Age: The candidate shall not be of more than 35 years
of age as on 1st September’2020.
Pay: Rs. 2.40
To
Rs. 3.00
3. Computer
Operator (CO)
Total post: 1
Educational Qualification: The CO should be a Graduate (minimum three (3) years duration) degree in
any field from recognized University/institution.
Experience: The CO must have at least
(2) two years’ experience. The candidates must possess a minimum 6 (six) months
Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized institute. Candidates must
have working knowledge of software tools such as word processor, spreadsheet,
presentation graphics, MS Office Applications like Word, Excel, Power Point, internet
including email etc. Must be proficient in Assamese & English typing. Excellent
knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation is a must.
Age: The candidate
shall not be of more than 35 years of age as on 1st September’2020.
Pay: Rs. 1.98
To
Rs. 2.40
