Vacancy Details NHPC Recruitment 2020 For 86 Posts: 

1. Trainee Engineer (Civil) 
Total posts: 30 

Educational Qualification: Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in Civil Discipline from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade or AMIE (enrollment upto 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade

Pay: (E2) / Rs.50,000-3%- 1,60,000 (IDA)



2. Trainee Engineer (Mechanical)
Total posts: 21 

Educational Qualification: Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical Discipline from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade or AMIE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (enrollment before 31.05.2013).

Pay: (E2) / Rs.50,000-3%-1,60,000 (IDA)

3. Trainee Officer (HR) 
Total posts: 5 

Educational Qualification: Full time regular two years Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Human Resource Management / Human Resource Management & Labour Relations / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE.
 Or
Full time regular two years Masters in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE.
 Or
Full time regular two years Masters of Human Resource and Organisational Developments (MHROD) from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE.
 Or
Full time regular two years MBA with specialization in Human Resource as major subject from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE. Candidate must have secured minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Master's Degree or P.G. Diploma/Program.

Pay: (E2 ) / Rs.50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 (IDA)

4. Trainee Officer (Law) 
Total posts: 8 

Educational Qualification:Full time regular Graduate Degree in Law (Professional) (3 years LLB or 5 Years Integrated Course) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from recognized Indian University / Institute recognized by Bar Council of India.

Pay: (E2)/ Rs.50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 (IDA)


5. Trainee Officer (Finance) 
Total posts: 22 

Educational Qualification: Graduate with CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / ICWA or CMA from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (formerly known as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India).

Pay: (E2)/ Rs.50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 (IDA)

Age: 30 years as on 01.10.2020.

- The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC (Non- creamy layer). It is relaxable by 10 years for PwBD - General, 13 years for PwBD – OBC and 15 years for PwBD - SC/ST candidates.
