Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC)

Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC) has released a notification regarding the Written examination of the 72 posts of Mechanic (MMV/Electrician/Welder & Fitter). Candidates who have applied ASTC 72 posts now download their Admit Card. 

“In response to the earlier Employment Notice which was published in the local dailies on 13th November 2019 for engagement of Mechanic (MMV/ Electrician, welder and Fitter) in Assam State Transport Corporation, Guwahati on contract basis, the written examination will be held on 22nd March 2020 in the following venue, date and time as mentioned below…”

ASTC Recruitment 2020 Exam Details For 72 Posts: 

Name of posts: 

1. Electrician (Auto)- 20 posts
2. Welder- 12 posts
3. Mechanic (Motor Vehicle/ Diesel)- 30 posts
4. Fitter- 10 posts

Written Exam Details: 

Date of Written Exam: 22.03.2020 (Sunday)
Exam Time: 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM
Reporting Time: 9.00 AM
Type of Exam: Written Exam (OMR Based)

Venue of Exam: Pragjyotish College, Santipur, Guwahati.
