Walk-in Interviews will be held at 10:30 AM in the Office of the ARIAS Society at the address given above, for recruitment of potential candidates for the various purely temporary contractual positions as mentioned below:

1. Training & Capacity Building Specialist
Total post: 1
Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, law, management, economics or Organizational Development or Public Governance or social sciences or Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: At least seven(7) years as Training & Capacity Building Specialist or in a similar position in a public/private agency.
Age: Below 45 years

2. Business Process Reengineering Expert
Total posts: 3
Qualification: B. Tech/ BE in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Information Systems or related subject/MCA/MSc IT from any recognized university.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in managing electronic service delivery initiatives in public/reputed private sector agency (ies) at managerial position. In case, sufficient candidates with 7 years of experience in the field cited above are not available, the interview panel may allow candidates having 5 years of experience to appear before the interview panel. Computer Skill: High level of Computer Skills, including proficiency in Internet based applications, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point etc. Language proficiency: Fluency in English. Candidates with knowledge of local language will be preferred.

Qualification: Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 2 years duration) in Horticulture or Agriculture with Specialization in Horticulture from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions.
Experience: At least seven (7) years of professional experience in farm management/ managing large scale agricultural production operations preferably with Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) or Climate Resilient Practices.

Experience: At least five(5) years of professional experience in Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) domain, development sector with hands on experience on financial inclusion/micro-finance/ rural banking/rural finance development.

11. Dairy Value Chain Expert

Qualification: DVCE should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science/Dairy Technology/ Food Technology/ Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary or a closely related field OR Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (of minimum two years duration) in Dairy Science/Dairy Technology/ Food Technology/ Veterinary Science/Animal Husbandry & Veterinary or a closely related field from recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: DVCE must possess at least two years of professional experience in dairy value chain related activities in any public/private sector organization in case the incumbent holds a Master’s degree Post Graduate Diploma as indicated above OR four years of professional experience in dairy value chain related activities in any public/private sector organization in case the incumbent holds a Bachelor’s degree as indicated above.Computer Skill: The DVCE must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
