Applications are hereby invited in standard form from Indian citizen for filling up the following vacant posts in the establishment of District Legal Services Authority, Hojai under the rules mentioned below:
1. Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)
Total post: 1 (Open category)
Pay: Rs.14000-49000 + GP 5600 and other allowances.
Educational Qualification: H.S.L.C. passed
2. Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)
Total post: 1 (Open category)
Pay: Rs.14000-49000 + GP 7400 and other allowances.
Educational Qualification: Having at least 5 (five) years experience as L.D.A. in a Government Department of Assam (preferably Judicial Department)
Age: Candidates must not be below 21 years or above 43 years of age as on the date of publishing of this advertisement. Age relaxation for candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SC and P.W.D. will be as per Govt. rules.

A self addressed envelope (size 22 CM x 10 CM) affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- only.
Candidates for the post of LDA will have to super-scribe "Application for the post of LDA under DLSA, Hojai" and the candidates for the post of U.D.A. will have to super-scribe "Application for the post of U.D.A. under DLSA, Hojai" on the envelope containing the application form.
