Educational Qualification: The candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University of India. The candidates must have served at least for 15 (Fifteen years) in any of the Deputy Commissioner, Establishment in Assam and have working experience of different branches in General and in the establishment branch in particular as per "The Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service (Amendement) Rules, 2009".



Pay Scale: Pay band-3, Scale of Pay Rs.22,000/– 97,000/- + Grade Pay Rs.11,500/- per month plus other allowances. 

How to apply: Applications stating age, Educational Qualification, present and permanent address and experience in different branches supported by self-attested copies of educational qualification Certificate, a copy of recent passport size photograph should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 20.01.2020. 

Candidates are to deposit an amount of Rs. 250/- only and Rs.125.00 only in case of SC/ST candidates as application fees to be deposited under Head of Account “0070- OAS” and copy of the Treasury Challan are to enclose along with the applications. No applications will be entertained after 20th January, 2020.

Applications should be submitted through the proper channel with service particular to the Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri. Selection will be done by the Government in General Administration Department as per the Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service Rules, 1967 and the Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service (Amendement) Rules, 2009. Candidates shall have to appear for the interview at their own expenses. If necessary and as and when called for. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the journey.
