Cook, Dhubri & Sweeper Screening Skill Test Date:& Time:

Skill Test start date: 26th September, 2019
Last Date: 6th November, 2019

Time: 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM on all working days.

* All candidates different the date of verification/ skill test date, so candidates check their Admit Card clearly. 

Venue of Skill Test: State Institute of Health & Family Welfare Training Centre, Six-Mile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 (Near Office o the Director of Medical Education, Assam).

Candidates need to following documents in the Screening Skill Test time:- 

Candidates must also bring all relevant certificates and marksheets including age proof certificate, pass certificate of educational qualification, photo identity proof, domicile certificate/ PRC, experience certificate, if any etc.

Name of posts: Cook, Dhubi & Sweeper

1. The venue for the screening cum aptitude (skill) test for the posts of Sweeper-114, Cook-6 & Dhobi-4 will be held at State Institute of Health & Family Welfare Training Centre, Six-Mile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 (Near Office o the Director of Medical Education, Assam).

2. The screening cum aptitude (skill) test will commence with effect from 26th September, 2019 to 6th November, 2019, from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM on all working days.

3. The candidate should come for the screening cum aptitude (skill) test only as per the mentioned date and time reflected on the Admit Card.

5. Candidates must also bring all relevant certificates and marksheets including age proof certificate, pass certificate of educational qualification, photo identity proof, domicile certificate/ PRC, experience certificate, if any etc., for verification on the date of screening cum aptitude (skill) test.


6. Candidates who does not have the minimum educational qualification and whose age is not within the prescribed limit as mentioned in the Advertisement No. HSE/ Apptt./ 113/ 2018/ 12003 Dated 20/12/2018 and No. Janasanyog/ D/ 7336/ 18 Dated 21/ 12/2018 & No. Janasanyog/ D/ 7501/ 18 Dated 25/12/2018, need not appear in the screening cum aptitude (skill) test. the candidature of such candidate who appears in the examination shall be rejected at any point of time after detection on his/ her ineligibility.

7. It is strictly adhered that, no mobile phone, calculator or electronic godgets be allowed to be carried by candidates within the venue compound.

Candidates if found, convassing for seeking job at direct or indirect means will be liable for rejection/ disqualification and will be dealt as per law of the land.
